SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are processed within 3 -5 business days. If your preferred item is not in stock our processing time might be longer and we will clarify the wait time. An email will be sent to you with a confirmation that your item has been sent. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect, closed or undeliverable address. Hopson Park is not responsible for any shipping charges, fees or duties.  If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay additional shipping fees to reship. If you need assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at letschat@hopsonpark.com. Changes cannot be made once the order has been shipped.

Due to Covid there can be a delay in the delivery. We can not be responsible for the shipping carrier delays.
